I'm the founder of IM DESIGN, an architectural design firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area 🌉

Specializing in residential design, permit coordination, and project management. With a focus on new construction, full teardowns, and ADU development, I partner with contractors and developers across the South Bay — San Jose, Santa Clara, and surrounding communities — to deliver thoughtful design from concept through permit approval. My background includes collaborations on luxury residential towers 🏢 in the Mexican Caribbean, beachfront resorts 🏖️, restaurants 🍴, car dealerships 🚗, and private residences 🏡.

In the Bay Area, I have worked on multiple residential projects and have also collaborated on commercial projects, particularly car dealerships.
