The project involved expanding and renovating an existing single-story house to meet the evolving needs of its occupants. The proposed additions and modifications include a significant increase in square footage, transforming the original structure from a modest 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a single-car garage into a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence with enhanced amenities. Additionally, the interior layout will be reconfigured to optimize the living space for improved functionality and comfort.
Front Elevation
The front elevation features a balanced triple gable roofline. The central gable anchors the façade and defines the covered front porch, while large horizontal windows provide natural light and reinforce the home’s clean, contemporary character.
Rear Elevation
A continuous covered porch is topped by a symmetrical triple gabled roofline, with large glazed openings and clean detailing that connect the home to the open rear porch
